A non-refundable 50% reservation deposit is required to secure a bunny. This deposit can only be transferred to a future litter if the bunny becomes unavailable due to health or breeding rights issues, or if there is no suitable bunny available from the reserved litter. Please note that the deposits are not transferable to another buyer under our spay neuter policy, and we ensure a health guarantee for all our bunnies as part of our commitment to excellent bunny care.

Remaining balance is due: Before pickup, or at pickup in cash (your call). Pickup must occur within 7–14 days of the go-home date to ensure proper bunny care, as a boarding fee of $25/day applies after that window. Additionally, please review our reservation deposit policy for breeding rights and our spay neuter policy, which includes a health guarantee for your peace of mind.

Bunny is guaranteed healthy at the time of departure, and buyers have 24–72 hours to ensure proper bunny care by having the bunny examined by a rabbit-savvy vet. In the case that a life-threatening congenital issue is confirmed, we offer a health guarantee that includes either a replacement bunny or a partial refund. Please note that there are no guarantees against GI stasis, injury, parasites after pickup, or stress-related illness. Additionally, our reservation deposit policy requires you to agree to the spay neuter policy if you wish to retain breeding rights.

Buyer agrees to follow your feeding transition plan for optimal bunny care, provide unlimited hay, pellets, and water, and avoid sudden diet changes. There is no responsibility for illness caused by poor diet, unsafe housing, stress, or mishandling. Additionally, our health guarantee does not cover issues arising from these factors. The buyer assumes responsibility for the bunny once it leaves our care. Please note that we cannot provide guarantees during third-party transport, airline cargo, or in cases where weather restrictions apply due to extreme heat or cold. If the buyer can no longer keep the bunny, it must be returned to us, or we will approve the new home. However, the bunny may not be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or pet stores. Additionally, please be aware that there are no refunds after pickup unless covered by our health guarantee. Our reservation deposit policy and spay neuter policy should also be understood prior to acquiring breeding rights.

Pet-only bunnies must be spayed or neutered by 6–8 months or before they reach breeding age. Breeding rights are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the details of our breeding rights policy must be explicitly stated in writing. Additionally, we have a reservation deposit policy in place. We reserve the right to revoke breeding rights if animal welfare standards aren’t met, ensuring the highest level of bunny care and a health guarantee for our pets.
